The purpose of this slideshow was to present urban life in Pickering. On a summer night of 2001, Abbas and Hussain went out in town to the "usual spots" to capture the "night life". But from our experience, we learned that there's a lot of "urban" and no "life." Standing in the shadow of Toronto, the city has a lot to live up to, and although it fails to deliver in a sense of "night life", it has an urban presence that disconnects it from the t-dot.
